Last week, Rockstar announced that as a 10-year-anniversary treat, the developer would be re-releasing GTA III for Android and iOS devices.
The game will be about 660MB large but will only be available on certain devices:
Apple iOS Devices: iPad 2, iPhone 4S
Android Phones: Droid X2, HTC Evo 2, LG Optimus 2X, Motorola Atrix, Samsung Galaxy S2

seriously?? isn't the sony erricson xperia play made for playing games?? *facepalm* guess they don't know or are to lazy to optimize the game for the android devices...

I don't know the specs on all the devices, but it looks like dual core processors only for this game.

It may have the controls for games...but it doesn't have good hardware inside.
I wonder why it won't work on my phone...I have better or equal hardware to the Droid X2 in every way...I guess I'll have to sideload this one.

Had the same question myself, the Sensation's specs are on par with everything else up there.

You know it probably would work on yours especially if it jail-broken. Rock-star just won't support it.

You know it probably would work on yours especially if it jail-broken. Rock-star just won't support it.
If they force me to sideload, then I can't pay for it, so I won't mind a lack of support.
