i'm new at this whole mod chip thing and i got a few questions. i have a v.9 50001/n

1)What a good trouble free mod chip, one that plays all games with no problem?

2)What exactly would i need to make a mod chip work?

3)where would i be able to get the soldering done, or do i have to do it myself?

4)Do i have to have a DVD burner to make game backups?

5)any additional i should know about before buying one?????
