I can't speak 100% for Universal (Sony indirectly fights over Paramount Studios), but Sony is loosing it's ass hand over fist in whatever this quest for world domination has been over the last 10 years & it's beginning to show more & more over the last 9 months.

Just because I'm too lazy to research it, Their last application to Alibaba to purchase their movie division is a huge indicator as to just how huge their loosing their grip. Now given economic flux, the earthquake in Japan & that impact on the Japanese economy, the BS going on with the alphabet Nazis & their micro-managing frenzy and then the propensity for Sony to control the world as whole I'm surprised their going to make it at all.

I wouldn't be surprised if a shocking Chapter 11 might just pop up. It won't be a major Sony name, but definitely a subsidiary.
