as requested by many of you here is how i burned dvd loader v7all.
1)download ps2 dvd loader v7 all from "ps2ownz"you must be registered with this forum, some people had to wait a few days after registering before they could download DVD LOADER.
2) download winrar and dvd decrypter from net (these r free)
3)unpack file "dvd loader v7 all" using winrar
4)go to were u unpacked it (default is usually DESKTOP)
5)open dvd decrypter, change its mode to "ISO, then WRITE"
6)click the little file icon, then choose the dvd loader (the dvd loader icon won't be the usual Dvd decrypter icon, it will now be a winrar icon)
7) once you have clicked the dvd loader, change the burn speed to the lowest you can go ( THIS IS IMPORTANT) (LESS RISK OF A BAD BURN)
8)now click on the picture hard drive thn arrow to a disk, this will start to burn your dvd loader.
I hope that this will help u all. and remember this is just a guide, but this worked for me,
