DVDRick has released a "limited" Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow FiX for NTSC users. Currently it's only been confirmed working on V1-6 NTSC consoles, but he suggests V7+ users try the TOC REFRESH option using Swap Magic 3 as well as others in attempt to get your patched image working.

This appears to be right up my issue. My backup of Splinter Cell Pandora freezes at the point where I choose either multi player or single and when I hit X for single, it goes black never to come up again. Am I reading this right when I think I saw you say to "refresh" this disk (the bottom button, blue I think) of the PS2 version 7 or higher? At what point should I do this? After I swapped the magic 3 in and out where the box has recognized the game?
