Lite-On Booktype Software Stopped Working

Problem Sofware:
"Booktype"

Loaded new firmware FS0J and program called "Booktype" from LiteOn web site back in April.

Used program a number of times to successfully change booktype to DVD-ROM & it worked perfect

Problem:
Last week need the program and it would not work, will not change the booktype. Program acts normal, just never changes the booktype!!

Reloaded the program from Liteon, still will not work.

Only major change I have made to my PC since last time the program worked was I purchased Nero6 Ultra Edition.

Have tried for days to send a Tech Problem request to LiteOn, but their web site constantly reports a busy server.

Anyone else in Afterdawn world run into this problem?

Any suggestions on what to check?
Is Nero6 causing an issue with "Booktype" application?
