Yes! Score one for Samsung. I would hope that the judges in other global cases would get this through their thick heads. "Apple's arguments lack merit", period

Good for you Koh!!! Finally somebody that isn't afraid of competing technology. God forbid you have a device that doesn't have to spoon feed you every step of the way on every user interface. I understand the concepts of intuition & 'ease of use'. Studied it & got a degree in it too, but I also grew up with a degree in 'school of hard knocks' common sense that says, "learn as you go" too.

Quit crying Apple. Stop crippling your product by over pricing your devices into the stratosphere & making people think that the price somehow merits some form of elitism. Your Apple Genius' still come to me (your proposed PC putz) to fix their problems. So take your noses out of the air... next rain storm comes along you might drown.
