Hi Folks.
This is really starting to P me off,I can copy dvd`s no problem using dvd shrink and dvd xcopy xpress,trouble is that the movie will crash in my stand alone dvd player usually near the end or half way through the movie.
Is this the css protection kicking in(the last dvd i copyed has no copyright protection but still crashed)
Im using a MSI 8x dual format dvd burner.
Anyone got ant ideas??

They are unbranded dvd-r and dvd+r but i have used these before and have had results

well, when a movie crashes towards the end, it means crap media. Try better media, and i guarentee it will work.

iff your using crappy media open shrink and select edit then preferences click on custom and set it to 4300 mb , cause crappy media will stutter and freeze and crash normally near the end .

but to save yourself a lot of heartache , headache and cursing get some ritek media they are the best and wont give you a problem .

that was my advice from a person that used to use crappy media .

ps. iff you get some ritek media you can still leave shrink set at 4300 mb ( cause sometimes discs can get slightly damaged at the edges ie. shrinkrapped bundles )
