Is 1 able to use the "KVCD Notch Matrix" with DVD-Rebuilder ? is there a way to make dvd-rebuilder use a moded matrix?

You could set it up to run with QuEnc which uses the KCVD
"Notch" Matrix...

I believe you can do it using RB-Opt. I haven't tried it myself because I use CCE Basic and it doesn't allow you to use a custom matrix.
