Sprint, the third largest carrier in the U.S., has expressed its extreme happiness over AT&T's decision to drop its bid for T-Mobile, the fourth largest carrier in the nation. Aren't at&t also supposed to give up some spectrum to t-mobile as well? I'm pretty sure I had read that somewhere.

Not sure about the details, but yes there is some spectrum involved as well.

$3 billion in cash, $1 billion in spectrum and roaming deals.
