Hasbro has sued Asus today, over the Transformer Prime name used in the company's new flagship tablet. The toy company is seeking an injunction on the tablet due to brand copyright violations. I say Hasbro is right in this case. The least Asus could have done ask permission and paid its rights to use the Transformers trademarks.

Screw Hasbro. I have a feeling this one will get thrown out. How can you trademark a group of words that have other meanings other then some crappy toys you make. Use to love Hasbro toys as a kid now they break five minutes after they are taken out of the package. Hasbro has become a shi**y company that is chasing a buck. Hope they loose this one.
