PIPA...? WTF is PIPA? How did that one get past me & basically seem to (for all asinine reason) remain alive even though its wrapper sounds like an abortion that somehow got better. Seems to me SOPA turned out to be Green smoke & instead artillery was called in. If you don't get the euphemism, basically, four steps forward, two steps back. Or promises of a huge cancer operation when you only get a prostate exam. I suppose so you feel like you didn't screwed so hard.
