Authoring MPG-2 in TMPGE DVD Author = Out of Sync Audio

I have an Mpeg-2 NTSC video (with Mpeg-1 Audio layer 2) that I am trying to author to a DVD. After authoring the file in TMPGEnc DVD Author (v 1.5.19.59), the result is a video in which the audio gets more and more out of sync the further you go into the production.

I watched the mpg before authoring it and the audio is in sync. Suggestions would be appreciated.
