what would be the easiest way to play nothing but a black, blank video for the entire duration of a movie, but still have audio?

I am trying to encode my music collection to dolby digital, and then encode the music as an ac3 audio track in divx movies that can be played on my phillips dvp642.

kinda like a homemade super audio cd. does anyone know of any options in gordian knot or any other programs
that will fill the duration of a audio file with blank video? I think that the video file size would be minimal as every video frame would be the same-nonchanging

any ideas?
