Is this media any good? Are these the G04. A buddy of mine states they are identified as RICOHJPN01.

I use the Plus media which is a little more expensive.

Looked at the Newegg site but didnt care for all the "NON REFUNDABLE" comments.

Meritline has 60 day guarantee on all Ritek.

I'm just finishing up my first spindle of 100 Ritek Ridata DVD+R with code RICOHJPN01 bought at Meritline (mine were silver matte at $62 for 100 instead of silver shiny). So far, ZERO coasters out of that spindle and 80+ perfect burns. I've ordered another spindle (and I agree with you, Meritline's 60-day policy on Riteks helped me decide to buy there, esp. after a bad experience with shop4tech, whose customer service SUCKS). Looks like all the good stuff I've read on these forums about Ritek discs is correct. Good luck with yours!

I received my shipment and after 5 burns no coasters and good quality data. Might give the Silver Matte a try next.
