According to the Russian newspaper Vedomosti, popular streaming services Netflix and Hulu are considering expanding to Russia. Hulu executives have allegedly visited Moscow and met with top Russian film studios in an effort to roll out the service. Well the global domination is almost complete then....

Guess there's no more need to wonder why Netflix bowed to the 56 day release window.

I can't speak/say anything about Hulu, but as for Netflix... it's kinda like a habitual gambler when you keep loosing at the black jack table. The methodology is to keep doubling the bet down after each big loss. The odds being as you eventually get through the deck your 'are' going to win.

So given the amount of money you throw at it will equate to the same as that long shot at the horse track. Supposedly the win will not only make up for the original losses, but also net a worthy gain as well.

You know, Disney thought they could do this with their theme parks too & look how that turned out. And no, they didn't try to put a park in Russia. I'm talking about simply putting parks in other countries. Although, out of all the goofy shite they pull (& until about 3-4 years ago I was privy to most of it) anything was/is possible.

I mean 1 million dreams right? Why should Netnuts be any different.
