Having bought this OEM DVD drive and connected it in place of my Aopen one which crushed a CD (my mistake in loading carelessly, I think!) Using Win 98 SE I find it can read files from CDs but can't accept files I try to copy to it; while it's "working," I get interruptions to the monitor screen - i.e. it goes
black for a second or two, then returns me to the
normal screen, then cuts out again and so on......
Ideally, I'd like to transfer photos, home videos etc
and make them DVD copies to pass to family overseas.
Grateful for any help and advice.
