My question is do I have to upgrade to Lion first if i'm still on Snow Leopard?

So how much will this Service Pack 1, I mean... Upgrade be costing the Apple user (who just recently purchased 10.7.2 Lion)?

Snow Leopard and Lion were both $30, so I am guessing that Mountain Lion will be around the same.
