Google's upcoming Android update will be available in the summer, say sources. Android 5.0 (or 4.5) 'Jelly Bean' will not target smartphones however, but will be be built with dual-boot functionality for Chrome OS tablets and netbooks. Whats the use of releasing new os when only 1% of their devices have current ICS Software.

google get yr priority right.

5.0??? heck i only have 2.3.5 i know some phones have 3.0 and tablet and such are lucky to get 4.0. they have alot of work to do to get to where they want to be with their OS. they need to work the glitches out of the current format before worrying about constantly putting out new updates and such.... just my opinion.

Loving the hybrid idea for tablets........though I don't own a tablet nor will I ever in the foreseeable future.
