From what I've read, Ritek is a really good brand. I've heard that you should get "branded" Ritek discs, but I don't know if these are. Anyway, if you'd like to find Ritek discs at a lower price, you might consider getting 4x discs instead of the 8x discs you're showing there. Try newegg.com

Is there a big difference with the burn speed between them two? My burner burns 12X so I'm just looking for speed. lol

The G05 are only DVD-R's. Do they make em in DVD+R's?
I was trying to get DVD+R's but dont really now what the difference is except some faster burning speeds (in the future maby).

How long do you plan on keeping the disk before burning,, maybe you should wait till the future and purchase, possibly the price may have dropped as well.

I dont know. I just bought 50 +R 4X Riteks from supermediastore this week. $33.00 with free shipping. My system did not like it at all. It was slow starting the burn and in less than a minute. It stoped and gave an error message saying try a different brand. I then went to a Verbatim and made a good burn. Tried a second Riteck thinking that was a bad disk. I now have two Riteck coaster. My burner ias a Sony 510 using Pinnacle Instant CD/DVD software.
