look i know thiis question has been asked and explained a million n one times but i need some help cuz iv tried everythig iv read just don know if im doing something wrong (well i must b).
its my download speeds 4 the life of me i cant get em up to anyplace near what id like i get a max of 15KB but thats only 4 a second den its back down 2 bout 5KB. i have xp but my firewall is not activated, i use a netopia 3300 modem n iv followed what other threads said n still no joy.
is there anythig else i can do cuz its wreaking my brain at this stage i get 50KB on irc but i just like bit torrent (excep 4 te god dame download speeds)
im sorry 4 asking bout this again but i need some help any would b brill a lot would b even better cheers hope to talk soon.

Well how long do you have the downloads going? Does Bit Torrent choke your bandwidth by using way too much upload? Netlimiter, or Bit Torrent Shadows Experimental could help there! BTW, limerick eh? im in Tipp!
