overnet...is reachable the same status as open?

I read somewhere that to fully optimize overnet download speeds, the icon below in overnet should read open. It should not read "firewalled" or "unreachable" ...

Mine however reads "reachable"...is that the same category as open?

If no, what can I do to change the status to "open" ?
