Could be interesting as in Australia.

Optus (mobile phone company) is streaming all NRL (sport) matches to mobile phones on it's network for free without ADs, and the FTA and cable companies sued Optus for breach of copywrite / loss of money etc.

And the court ruled that there was no breech at all as Optus had made a deal with the NRL to be able to get/send a feed from games.
