NPD has released their monthly video game industry report, and it appears to be another rough month. The lone bright spot was an increase month-over-month for hardware sales, but overall sales were down year-over-year, again. Not every person can/will buy a new PC every year. So being down one year and up the next isn't a big deal.

TBH I'm wondering when I'll bother replacing my own PC, it's 4yrs old & 2yrs ago got an update.
It's a quad core Q6700, 4gb of RAM, 2 x 1tb HDDs with a Blu-ray/DVD/CD burner & now has USB 3.0.......but what exactly am I missing out on?
Opening my email a few milli-seconds faster?
I don't do a lot of video editing but this rig is pretty quick at what I do.
