can the writer or this article please publish more details about the bill and make it go public on the internet.if its anything like SOPA and the information is made public everyone will have the chance to object and make it disappear like they did with SOPA.

The socialists New World Order is being delayed by our free access to information and content. They are clearly panicking and must be running out of time for some reason. Vague bills, secret agreements, undisclosed U.N. "commissions", fake "trade-groups", etc; nearly every month lately!
Now, they are ramming the pieces of SIPA/SOPA through the Apparatus, probably in an attempt to outrun our slow reaction time.

When they get the internet, we are finished.

What we need is a good "security breach" in the media to scare the public into blindly following their agenda. I have no doubt we'll see one eventually.
