im new here and i would just like to say hello to everyone. right i was just thinking of this about 10 min ago is there away in like you can put your hard drive that is in your ps2 into the computer tower and start burning your ps2 games to your hard drive for example.
1. download your game from internet just say final fantasy x-2.
2.burn the game to cd-r.
3.remove the current hard drive from the pc tower.
4.take your hard drive out of the ps2 that has all your games on that you have copied.5
5. then put the hard drive in from your ps2 into you pc tower.
6. i dont know if this is possible but you could copy some-sort of burning software to a floppy disc that enables you to burn the cd-r games ps2 of course to the harddrive, the hardrive with all your other games.
.
7. then after you have burned your game to the hd loader harddrive, then put the harddrive back into the ps2, run hd loader and the game should be there and working.

right is this possible. its a very good idea i guess. maybe there is some-kind of software that you can copy to a floppy. i ideas ppl,

You should try to find out whether HDloader copies an
exact diskimage to the HD. I think the easiest way
to do this is to mount the HD under linux (because it
is most likely to support the filesystem used), find
the file(s) in question and compare them to the image
of your gamedisk. For example, calculate the MD5 sums.
If these are the same then HDloader makes an exact copy,
and I suppose then you could just 'dd' the CD's and
DVD's to the harddisk.
Maybe this is a bit to complicated to the OP, but is
there anyone who has tried this yet ? If not,
I'm willing to volunteer :-)
