Recently when I was looking for movies I found two versions (this film is still in theaters.) One was a Telecine and the other a Screener (and a couple of telesync's too).

I was wondering if one of these is known for better quality? Would I be better off downloading the telecine or the screener? Obviously, there is probably no definite way to know which is better quality without a sample, but any tips you guys can give me would be great.
