I'm getting the hang of this, but perhaps someone can help here..
Ripped a movie, came out in letterbox format, but the video was pretty "squashed."
Damn.

There are several available settings:
1) Letterbox 4/3
2) Medium 4/3
3) Panscan 4/3
4) Full 16/9 or 4/3
5) Custom

What's the best format to use to get good viewable letterbox?
