hi there, thanks for reading my post.

I am new to ripping dvd's, but i need to do so because i will be attending school in the fall and i was wondering if you all could suggest a good dvd ripping program.

Now, i am pretty new to DVD ripping, however i do know some things that i need in a dvd ripper.

i want a good dvd ripper that DOESN'T rip things in chapters. i have tried a few rippers in the past and it always ends up in like five different 'sections' i need the dvd to be one big file.

Also i would prefer to have it in the DivX format, however, that is secondary to the need for one large file as opposed to several smaller ones.

Any suggestions/applications/advice you all could make would be very appreciated!!
