As reported last week, Microsoft has made the 4GB Xbox 360 model of the console with Kinect available for $99 as long as you sign up for a two-year contract.
The contract is for Xbox Live Gold at $15 per month, bringing the total cost of the contract and hardware to $459.

If you can pass a credit check you should be able to pay cash for this. Microsoft can't keep there system form double and triple charging your credit card and you want to sign a contract and let them report to your credit?
I see this ending in a lawsuit from bad credit scores and banned Xbox 360s

here here on that. Then my PS3 wouldnt be a paper weight right now since i gave up on my PS3 and started playing a MMO like WOW. Now give me PS2 HD backwards cap. and im all over that.
