T-Mobile USA has announced it has lost another 510,000 subscribers this quarter, failing to stop the bleeding of the past few years.
The loss was the 10th straight quarterly subscriber decline for the carrier, which is the fourth largest in the U.S. at 33 million customers.

I'm thinking of leaving...not for the iPhone but for better rural coverage. It seems they just want to sell the company and don't care to try improving the network. Good thing I have free roaming as I am almost always on AT&T or iWireless.

Well, I would love better rural coverage, especially since they've put a 200MB data limit on roaming networks since they got that extra spectrum. What good does it do me to be able to use AT&T's 3G if I can only use 200MB?
But aside from CSpire there are no comparable carriers as far as pricing is concerned. And although they're trying to go national, they're still very regional and are putting through some very questionable "video-streaming" charges and other BS "plans and services." Why are people willing to pay for data three different ways? Data's data, infuriates me that these phone companies are getting away with all this.

I'll never leave TMo unless we see some major changes or new competitors, I'm grandfathered in for truly unlimited data and I'm keeping it damn it! Lol
Lack of the iPhone is murdering them these last couple of quarters. I swear every other customer that walks in the store asks about when they are getting the iPhone or if their iPhone can be unlocked to use T-Mobile.
Either that or they ask what phones T-Mobile has that are "like" the iPhone.
I haven't any complaints with T-Mobile I hardly ever use my phone anyways. The only time anyone calls you is when they want something.Especially your kids.
This is kind of funny, seeing that I just switch over on the 1st of May. Not for the iPhone, but due to the face that 1. when I got my phone service last year I got the HTC Sensation (great phone btw) I got it at a discount price with no deposit and the plan was $99.00 unlimited talk & text and a 5 GB(+ $30.00 data plan), per line so recently I have been seeing that comerical for $49.00 unlimited talk & text. When I called to switch they said "I had to pay a $300.00 fee to change my plan & it would extend my contract by 2 years for a plan change.
Also seeing that I had a 5GB data plan I never reach 1GB due to the fact that my connection was so slow, and it was not the phone, So I went into the Verzion just to see about their service and the rep did a speed test between his Galaxy & my Sensation and there was NO comparsion. My wife did get the iPhone for her I ended up with the Droid Raza close to my HTC but not the same.......Bye Bye T-Mobile
