Unless the netbook itself has its own hardware inside; if it's powered by the phone, then honestly it is Motorolla's device. Sleeker, sexier, with neat software and gizmo's, but still essentially the same.
Lame, I did a little research, and the tablet cannot be run independent of the phone, it is just a glorified screen. That being said, it makes the insane battery life more probable since the dock will technically be powering a phone and a monitor and not a full fledged tablet with internals. A step in the right direction but no quad core sucks and the phone has crappy resolution, always be mindful of qHD, it is a fancy way of saying crappy resolution...
Asus's much anticipated PadFone Tablet was launched by the Taiwanese company during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain. It is now available in the US market for $860 or Rs 49,000 approximately. The release of PadFone was delayed due to the shortage in processor supply from Qualcomm. It is a hybrid device that includes Smartphone when placed inside the PadFone Station transforms into a 10.1 inch tablet with 5 times the battery capacity.
