Humm is it me, or is Ice cream sandwich i.e V4.00 of Android only been out a short while, i mean, only a few phones seem to have it, and now i see that they are talking about V5. So need to look at the Google web site to find out whats new in V5.

What kills me is that I have a phone slated to receive ICS and haven't seen ICS yet. I thought M$ was bad.

I think that's one of the major problems with Android. Mobile companies take far too long to roll out updates, or just end up postponing them indefinitely. And not everyone can manage to root their phone and just grab a custom ROM build from XDA. This isn't Google's fault though.

yep i agree im on gs2 and yet it took a lil delay to even push that
