DVD Xcopy Xpress won't Finalize at 100%

I have alway been able to use 321 Studios DVD Xcopy Xpress to copy my home videos. In the last 3 or 4 weeks, I cannot get it to finalize at a 100%. It will
read at 100%, but when it start to burn, it will burn
up to 67% to 70% then it jumps to completion and displays burn successfully. It will playback up to
what ever the percentage it finalized to. I have
burned over 20 DVD blanks unsuccessfuly. What is the
problem. Why has it started this procedure in this
late in the game. I paid over $100 for this software
and now it has become useless. Please tell me what in world has happened to my software. I will appreciate it very much if you can ge me a solution to this problem. I have a HP computer: 1GH 40 GB 112 Ram with a Memorex DVD+RW/+R. I even use Memorex
and Phillips blanks. I have never has a problem until
the last 3 to 4 weeks backs.

The only program that's over $100 is XCopy Platinum. Is that what you have? If so, what version?

Also have you tried RW's?

When I originally ordered the Xcopy Xpress, I got some other items. The software was itself
was $99. With shipping and handling, I paid over a
$100. 321 Version 2.5.1. I've had it for some months
now and up until now, I have not had a problem with it.

You know, I really cannot remember exactly what I paid. At the time, My order was over a $100. Yes I
have treied RW's.
