Have used a duel sim huawei phone it was saying it's android but it's an altered version uses java etc for games not really sure what the os is but is all preset programs and stuff on it not too bad, works like android still.

the batt on this phone last for ages so hard to say what this phone will be like.

4 hours of TALK time still isn't too bad really you'd have to be talking to someone for a real long time the most I've done is around 2-3 hours as 1 call. this phone would still cover that.
