The best program, bar none, for backing up SecuRom is BlindWrite5 along with BW5 Tweaker.

Of course your burner needs to be up to the task as well :)

WOW interesting.... mine said 5.02 ... they might have made a quick modification a bit of the way through

If you need to backup a SecurROM game, note that (the more recent games especially) are quite hardware dependent and for the best chance at being able to backup such games effectively, you need a 2-sheep burner (for more information on this 2-sheep 'rating' and if your burner qualifies, visit http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/45121 ). Some guides have been prepared to help you backup your SecureROM games: (using Alcohol120) http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/43802 (using CloneCD) http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/26771 .... also, a favorite and highly effective tool is to use an application called BlindWrite (available at http://www.cd-rw.org/software/cdr_software/cdr_applications/blindwrite_suite.cfm )

Quote:
I have the bwa
BW5 makes it's own so you don't need a separate BWA.

For SecuRom, I usually set Tweaker to:

Read - 8X
Write - 4X
Always extract topology
Extract topo at 8X

All other settings default.

These settings may be a good place to start but if it doesn't work try tweaking them around :)
