Wait a minute... He posted a passable, fake story, but then goes on to steal personal information? That's a HUGE leap between two crimes wouldn't you say? Not that I have access to any of those files, but I would LOVE to see these jerk treats put those two together.
That's like like saying you're in possession of a condom in a rape case, but they don't do the DNA testing. Well, OK, maybe not the best example. I mean he probably did hack the site to drop off the story. Maybe the 'personal info' would be like witnessing the rape & doing nothing about it.
Who am I fooling, rape isn't anything like stealing personal info & from what we can tell from the article - nothing was obtained. They're claiming intent. Possession is 9/10ths. So unless there's a mind police, they can all f*k off.
