I use mobile data and I use quite a bit more than 1.3 gig in a month.
I also have a phone with H+ access and this seems quite interesting in terms of speed currently not working 100% but once the network is properly setup I'm sure it'll really download very fast.
Currently only getting speeds around 400kb/s but should be faster than that in a few weeks.

Using my mobile as a modem, I keep hitting T-Mobile's 10GB cap in under 30 days. I once hit the cap in 5 days, and was on the phone with them, and their "technician" for well over an hour, and they couldn't even figure out how I did that. Oh well, hop to get off these overnight shifts soon, and then maybe I won't keep hitting their 10GB cap.
