Hello,

I'm getting 10060, then repeated 10061 in Streambox VCR even after removing the router and firewall. I've tried all versions in the Streambox VCR Suite 2.0.

I don't have any trouble downloading that.
If you are getting that error it is because it is failing to make the connection using RTSP protocol.
It then tries HTTP protocol and fails to connect that way either.
The errors reported are (Winsock) Windows Sockets Error Codes.

It seems like your ISP may be causing you connection problems.
Many ISP's do cause problems for recorder software probably because they use some sort of data caching.
You can try using different port's to see if you can get around that problem.

When no port is specified in the URL, the standard RTSP port 554 will be used.

RTSP protocol with HTTP port 80 specified.

RTSP protocol with PNA-PNM port 7070 specified.

It also sometimes helps when there are connection problems caused by a ISP to try using different recorder software.
A different recorder might be able to get a connection because they all have slightly different ways of starting the connection.
