I have some RM files that can't be played by my Xbox even with the latest XBMC therefore I would like to find out the codec used for the files. Is there any programs /tools that can tell me what the exact codec is? i.e. RV10, RV9...etc. Many thanks!

There is a program called G-Spot that can tell you the codec of a file, both video and audio.
