How do i burn an Avi over 70 minutes? My friend told me to split it, but he said he doesn't use those programs.

70 minutes doesnt mean much. How big is the file? (in MB)

Well 743 is a tad much for an overburn (at least on normal 700MB media, maybe not for 730MB media).
