I know the exploit can be used to boot CD and DVD backups by using an original PSX CD, my question is, if I have already the Swap Magic Discs and CD-Loader, whats the use of the exploit?.

Also, I read in this forum's Swap Magic FAQ that you can use "Breaker Pro" to play PS1 backups, but I heard once that you can do it too with GameShark, is that possible? If so, which version?

I dont have a Swap Magic yet, I ordered it, tough, and its already on its way, Im just gathering info on the meantime :)

Why do people hate Swap Magic so much?
I know mod-chips are better, but mine's a crappy v1 model, and it may as well stop working soon, so I dont see any point in modding it :P thats why I went for the cheap solution.
I know it cant play ALL games, but oh well, I dont think I would be able to get many backups anyway, but I may use it for emus and such.
