I/O error! help please

ok i used shrink to rip/shrink and saved it to my hard drive the next day i went to burn it with decrypter and every thing seemed ok tell i got this error msg.. I/O error ! device : [0:0:0]pioneer dvd-rw dvr-106d 1.08(f;) cdb :2a00 00 00 03 90 00 00 10 00 interpretation : write (10)-sectors :912-927
reason: the semaphare timeout period has expired
|_| RETRY |_| CANCE

i am very new to this . so i must ask you what does this error msg mean?? thank you :)
