As I read this, I too said PRAISE THE LORD! Maybe Google can convince some of these hangers-on to update so I don't have to keep supporting a poor browser. Heck, there are some that still haven't updated from 6 or 7, as you stated, a headache!
BTW, anyone else sneer at those IE commercials about "beautiful web"? Come on MS, who are we trying to kid?
