can you copy without a DVD burner?

I was wondering if i could copy DVD's onto my cd burner as i do not have a dvd burner. I have DVD's i would like to copy and ones i have downloaded that i would like to put onto disk and i wondering if this was possible. If so what would i need to do this?

I'm not an expert but you can burn dvd to VCD using your cd drive. Try the easy VCD software in the software section of this site.
