Hello again,
I just got InstantCopy 8 after finding it for a bargain I couldnt pass up. After much reading I see its one of the best back up programs with the expecption of Rebuilder/CCE. My question is, what should I use in conjunction with IC8 to get the best quality?

Well I tried just using DVD Decrypter and then used IC8 to get rid of useless audio. Seems that IC8 has a problem with size. My final disc was 3.8GB! Thats nearly one gig of wasted space. So I tried again with DVD Shrink and got rid of more with IC* and made sure to bring it up to 4.7 and still it ended with 4.1GB this time. Whats up? Im thinking DVD Shrink isnt all that bad afterall.

It clearly shows there is empty space on the dvd when IC8 still told me I had to compress the video? So I could have used that one gig towards the main video and it would be better quality.

If your DVD is that small, use DVD Decrypter in the ISO read then the ISO write mode for a 1:1 backup -
