does Swap Magic come with a TV signal converter (NTSC -- PAL)?

I have a domestic NTSC PS2, and I'm importing a few PAL PS2 games. So I need to know if Swap Magic (I have version 3.2) comes with an NTSC --> PAL signal conversion option. Can anyone help me out?
