Best PS2 movie dvd-r backups

Hi everyone I recently bought a some 4x dvd-r verbatim and ritek media. However none of them work for my ps2 movie backups. Does anyone know some good dvd-r or dvd+r media for ps2 movie backups. Thanks everyone.

I use Ritek G03 for all my PS2 game... and so far.. every piece works

The best way to make them work is to burn with Alcohol120 or DVD Decrypter as an ISO image and burn with the slowest speed possible.

Hey,
I have found that when I try to back up a DVD movie, the resulting image is 7.47gigs. This is too large for the blank DVD, isn't it? Is there a way to make it smaller, yet still able to play in a regular dvd player?

UofTguy, thats a question for DVD-R for newbies section. In there you will see you need to use Shink or other related software to get it down to size.

If your PS2 is chiped and dose not read the DvD Game you coped then its time for a new PS2 and chip because i used MAXDATA DVD-R and even JVC DVD+RW to "Backup a game" but to me all DvD's work the same way on PS2 or DvD player
