Why surely!
You can use TMPEnc for this as well. It will convert your files to a DVD compliant format and then you can use your favorite burning software to put it on disc.

If you read it slowly it looks like he's asking for MPEG to AVI instructions???
If so, you can use either VirtualDub or an easier prog like Dr DivX.

Unless you have a DivX player, nope. Although you stated the file is already MPEG? Then chances are it might be complaint, download a program called AviCodec and check the MPEG file and see what results you get, paste them in here.

Yep you can but in my TMPGEnc output experience I always though VirtualDub was better! But then again thats probably because i often use loads of VirtualDub features like Inverse Telecine to get the framerate to 24fps from 29.97 fps. lol Sorry i never mentioned the reason why i said it, i just dont be sleeping and it messes with my concentration a bit!

VirtualDUBMOD is a lot better, also supports AC3. But the program is made basically for AVI so it has a lot more handy features than TMPGEnc for AVI Output. In this case however, TMPGEnc would have been the easier option but that's me, I always say the best possibility i can think of, like i tell people CCE SP is best for encoding MPEG-2, and forget its $2000 which is a little bit over what people would spend on an encoder! lol
