I don't know the purpose of making . Bin & . Cue file. Please explain it.

Also because it depends upon the application you use. You can do .CUE/.BIN, .MDF/.MDS, .CCD/.IMG/.SUB .BWA/.BWI/.BWT....
Maybe some protected CD needs a complex software, but who knows?....
